Reporting to the CFO, a unique opportunity now exists for an
experienced Financial Accountant to join the administration support
centre based in Nuriootpa. You will have overall responsibility for the
compliance and statutory reporting for nine business units including
general journal entries, bank and asset reconciliations, the fixed asset
register, administration of tenant leases and all calculations and
reporting for membership services. A hands-on role, with supervision of
two clerical staff, you will also support the executive team with financial
analysis, cash flow and forecasting.
With strong commercial experience in a similar compliance position,
you will thrive working in a practical role, ensuring accurate and timely
reporting. Strong Excel skills, proficiency using an ERP system (Navision
or similar), an analytical aptitude and practical accounting experience
gained in a retail or membership based organisation is preferred.
Degree qualifications and studying towards CA/CPA status is desirable,
but not essential.
