of roles, on a casual basis.
This person would need to adapt quickly to work
across a variety of positions, including grain intaking,
weighing of vitamin and mineral feed additives, along
with various other mill duties.

team player able to adapt to changing roles. Forklift
licence and previous experience within the agricultural
industry would be an advantage.
The position will involve some shift work and

Reporting to the Residential Services Manager and the Care Manager, you will
participate in the implementation of policies and practices consistent with SCC
strategic plan and organisational values, as well as the legislation on nursing practice
in Aged Care Services. You'll orient, educate and supervise direct care staff; assess,
document and meet complex nursing needs and search for ever better ways to look
after our people.
As an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse, you have strong clinical skills and
knowledge and adopt a collaborative approach. Your expertise will help you ensure all
care plans are up to date. You will ensure medical intervention when required. You love
autonomy and teaching while learning yourself. Your listening, communication, team
building and time management skills are legendary. You will relish the opportunity to
be part of the succession plan and progress your career.
You will ensure new staff receive a proper orientation and will contribute to the
identification of training needs of care staff. You will also undertake staff appraisals
and will inform the Care Manager of any performance issues. You have a sound

assessments and care-planning processes.
